Families, 4-H, and Nutrition Factsheet

The Families, 4-H, and Nutrition unit of the Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES) offers model educational programs that build lifelong human development skills for families and youth and instill the benefits of good nutrition.

These programs provide the foundation essential to meet the challenges of life in the 21st Century with optimism and in partnership with the whole community.

Nutrition Analysis Meal Summary:

The Nutrition Analysis Meal Summary provides a simple analysis of the food items selected in a particular meal or recipe. The Meal Summary also provides a four page report of the nutrient intake associated with the food in the meal or recipe.
